Please select a therapist below to schedule an appointment with. Each therapist manages their own schedule, so please contact your therapist directly using the contact information on her profile if you have any questions about scheduling and availability.

Please note that when you schedule an appointment, that time is blocked off for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your therapist directly via call, text or email (do not call the main practice number). You must provide 24 hours notice or else you will be charged a $100 cancellation/no show fee.

Upon scheduling your appointment, a link with paperwork will be sent to you to complete. Please complete this asap to guarantee that your spot is secured. If your paperwork within 24 hours of your session, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
