Please note:
All intake appointments with Carrie must be conducted in-person. Follow up (routine) appointments can be either in-person or virtual.

Returning clients: Upon selecting an appointment time, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

New clients: Upon selecting an appointment time, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain a link to the intake paperwork, which must be completed electronically prior to your first appointment.

Cancellation List
If you do not find an appointment time that works with your schedule, please contact me to placed on the waiting/cancellation list for an opening that would be more convenient for you.
